Which IM service is better, Hike or Whatsapp?

i never use hike but i'm quite happy using whats app. you can get a free account for a year. sometimes you do not need to pay. you can also block unwanted friend here. i used wa because most of my friend use it

Depends on your internet connection and what your needs are. If you have a reasonably fast 3G connection, and want some local/regional color in your virtual communications, Hike has a great package. But Whatsapp still remains the fastest IM service for Android devices, and provides healthy upload and download speeds for a range of multimedia even for slow connections.
