This app has workout plans for every type of person fat, skinny, or people who just want to maintain their weight.

App Features and Capabilities
Newsfeed – users get to see all the informative content being published in this section often and users also get notification alert of newly published content like blogs, challenges, and a lot more instantly in this section.
Progress – this section is divided into many sectors to see the actual progress of the users:
  • Traning statistics – training statistic shows the actual amount of workout done in graph format. This statistic is on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis.
