Daily screen time is a screen time management setting that allows you to manage your usage on TikTok. It lets you set a daily screen time limit so that you get notified when you reach that time on TikTok. You can turn this setting on and off at any time. If you're between the ages of 13 and 17, the setting is turned on by default to 1 hour. 

To add a daily screen time: 

To turn daily screen time off, follow the steps above, then switch the time limit off.You can schedule screen time breaks to be reminded to take a break from using TikTok after a period of uninterrupted screen time. You can turn break reminders on and off at any time. 

If you reach your limit, you'll be notified in the app to consider taking a break. 

If you temporarily deactivate your account, your profile, photos, comments and likes will be hidden until you reactivate it by logging back in. You can only deactivate your Instagram account from a computer, a mobile browser or the Instagram app. Bear in mind that you can only deactivate your account once a week. 

You'll need to be able to log in to your account to temporarily deactivate it. If you can't remember your password or username, get some tips for logging in. 

You may not be able to deactivate your account from Accounts Centre at this time. If you don't want to deactivate your account, but want to change who can see it, you can set your posts to private or block people. 

 

Alongside the usual bold, italics, strikethrough, and monospace, WhatsApp has now introduced bulleted and numbered lists along with block and inline quotes. The new formatting options were rolled out to ensure streamlined texting and better organizing of messages 

Depending what notifications, you want, you can change settings for certain apps or for your whole phone. Notifications show when you swipe down from the top of your screen. Some notifications can also show on your lock screen and home screen. 

To find your notifications, from the top of your screen, swipe down. 

In the certain app, you can control many app notifications from a settings menu in the app. For example, an app could have a setting to choose the sound that app's notifications make. To make these changes, open the app and search for the settings menu. 

You can also choose to show or not show sensitive information on your lock screen by toggling “Sensitive notifications” on or off. If it’s toggled off, you will only see the app that the notification is from rather than the notification itself for example, you’ll see “1 new message” rather than any information about the message. 

You should download any video you have published to the platform. You can also download other creators’ videos, assuming they have made the video public and enabled the app's privacy setting that lets other users download their clips. If you go through the steps to download a video and you don’t see the option to save it locally, it’s most likely the creator has restricted the sharing permissions on that video so that no one else can download it. 

•  Once you turn the video downloads setting off, people can't download videos that you already posted and your future videos. 

•  If the video downloads setting was on and you turned it off, any of your videos that were downloaded when the setting was on won't be impacted. This means that any downloaded videos will stay on another person's device. 

•  If your account is private or if you're under the age of 16, your video downloads setting is turned off by default and you can't turn it on. If you change your account to public, you may choose to turn this setting on or off. 

To turn your video downloads on or off: 

1. In the TikTok app, tap Profile at the bottom. 

2. Tap the Menu button at the top. 

3. Tap Settings and privacy. 

4. Tap Privacy, then tap Downloads. 

5. Turn the Video downloads setting on or off. 

By temporarily disabling your Instagram account, your profile, along with its photos, likes, and comments, will be hidden and they'll stay hidden until you log back in to reactivate your account. Disabling your account is a perfect way to take a bit of a vacation from Instagram. Another option to consider is merely muting a few friends, if that’s your main reason for disabling your account. 

Temporarily deactivate your Instagram account from Accounts Center: 

The first thing to look for is the profile of the account. If the account has been disabled, the profile will not be visible. This means that you won't be able to see the profile picture, bio, or any posts that have been made. If you are able to see the profile, the account is likely active. 

Keep in mind that you can only deactivate your account once a week. 

Note: If your Google Account backup frequency is set to Daily, your chats will also be saved to your Google Account every night after the local backup is made. 

Backup files can vary in size and might use mobile data. Connect your phone to Wi-Fi before backing up your chats to your Google Account to avoid possible mobile data charges.

Backups include messages and media sent and received in communities. They also include updates shared over WhatsApp Channels, but they do not include media unless you are the channel admin. 

To deactivate or delete your Snapchat account, follow the steps below. This will deactivate an account for 30 days, during which time the account can still be reactivated. After 30 more days, the account will be permanently deleted.

If you’re having trouble logging in to the accounts portal because you forgot your password, you can reset it. 

 

Since Google's ecosystem is interconnected, removing a credit card from Google Pay or the Play Store removes it across all Google services and apps. If you saved a payment method in the Play Store, deleting it removes it from Chrome's saved credit cards.

This is important as you may not necessarily think about the impact of removing a card from Google Pay. However, if you remove a card you never plan to use when buying something from the Play Store but often use it to pay for online purchases, you won't find it in Chrome's auto-fill suggestions, as it's also removed from there. The best option is to check which cards are used for existing subscriptions without removing one from your account.

Stories shared with close friends disappear after 24 hours. People on your close friends list will know they're on it. No one can request to be added to your close friends list.

If someone has added you to their list, you'll see a close friends Close Friends label when viewing their stories and a green ring around their profile photo.

You may also be able to share a reel with your close friends list. If someone on your close friends list likes, comments on or shares your reel, others on your close friends will be able to see their username and how they interact with your reel.

To save a Snap or Friend’s Story in Chat while viewing, you can press and hold on it and tap 'Save in Chat' or swipe up on the Snap and tap 'Save in Chat.' 

Only photo Snaps set to no limit, and video Snaps set to loop can be saved in Chat. Look for the timer with the “infinity” icon. After saving a Snap or friend’s Story, it will appear in the chat as Chat Media. Either you or your friend can delete saved content in your one on one Chat. 

If you have a subscription with an app and the app gets removed from Google Play, your future subscription will be canceled. Your past subscriptions can’t be refunded, with some exceptions as specified in Google Play’s refund policies. 

Subscriptions on Google Play are for an indefinite term, and you’ll be charged at the beginning of each billing cycle according to your subscription terms (for example, weekly, annually, or another period), unless you unsubscribe.
