Their service has been mostly reliable and consistent, and when it wasn't they made sure to fix the problem as quickly as possible. I have had trouble with other networks in the past but after switching to Verizon broadband, the internet speeds have been very fast given the region I am located in. I live in Stroudsburg, PA where most towers don't transmit strong signals. Two years ago Verizon installed new underground cables in my neighborhood, and could not have been any happier since.
</c:value>

I could cut my bill by roughly 20% if I chose other service providers in my area, but in my experience Verizon is unique in the sense that they offer very reliable connectivity. This is something I value even though it is more expensive.
</c:value>

I would also like to note that Verizon could do a better job of improving their customer service and hire representatives that fluently understand English.
</c:value>
