In the year 2007, the plan was worth paying Rs. 399 for Airtel to Airtel unlimited voice calls.
Over the years the network connectivity of from Airtel is becoming worst, there is no network in most of the areas, frequent call drops, people unable to reach when they call, latency etc. I have called and written them complains about the network connectivity but have not got any kind of resolution from them. The only answer they give is that their technical team is working to resolve the network connectivity, after few days they close the ticket without consenting the customers. The reply you get when you call is that they need to add a tower in the area for better connectivity, that might happen in near future but they don't have a confirmed date.
