The service works very well, the rare occasions where I had a problem it was immediatly solved by the operators. The cost is the same as my last connection, although this one is better in both bandwith and customer service. A negative thing that could be said about this service is its not wide spread coverage, in fact a lot of parts of Italy are not covered by Fastweb optic fiber. Speedtests revealed a pretty much matching speed between the one in the contract and the one actually provided. Overall great service.]]> -Value for money
