The coverage in my area seems to be great as I never experience slow internet speeds. Customer service is always helpful and available. Every now and then we'll get a hiccup where I have to restart my router or I'll get incredibly slow speeds, but that is far and few between, and it usually gets fixed relatively soon. The coverage is top notch in my area, but I'm waiting for them to get Gigabit speeds. Customer service is very friendly the few times I've called.
