Online Live video streaming is getting buffering and it should be avoided. Dialog needs to do R&D and get the outside market knowledge to avoid the Online streaming issue. Some of the customers are using dialog for more than 10-15 years and so on. Currently for VIP customers dialog proving a free talk time, free internet GBs and other things. But it's not sufficient. Those customers should give a priority and give more benefits to keep them for another few years, if they loose, there will be a huge hit for dialog.
