Can you Hide your Pictures and Videos on Snapchat?

Snapchat is mostly used for clicking snaps and photos for the purpose of sending them to your friends or just for saving them as your memories. It is completely your responsibility to protect your privacy. Snapchat also knows how important it is to keep the user’s personal data protected and that’s why they have provided a feature called My Eyes Only which allows you to hide your private snaps behind a password-protected folder.

My Eyes Only is a special feature on Snapchat where you can hide your private snaps (photos and videos). As the name suggests, these snaps can be viewed only by you and no other person can see them. My Eyes Only is protected with a 4-digit passcode which you have to enter to unlock it and view your hidden snaps.

This feature is available in Memories on Snapchat. You can access it by swiping up from the camera screen and then going to My Eyes Only tab. There is an option to change and reset your passcode. In case if you forgot your passcode, you can reset it with your Snapchat password but this will permanently delete all your private photos and videos.
