Well I will go with Motorola Moto G 2nd version as it comes with budget and comes with latest OS Android 5.0 as well as 8mp camera while 2mp up front. What else you need!

Motorola Moto G is the perfect choice, in terms of display too, since it features a 5-inch display

I also recommend Nexus 5, although it`s more expensive (about $100 extra). It includes in addition to Moto G an improved storage capacity of 16GB

You can also take a look at Sony Xperia M2 or ZTE Blade L2
