How can you Create a New List on Twitter Mobile?

Many Twitter users follow thousands of other accounts, and seeing all of those accounts in one chaotic timeline can be overwhelming. Viewing a List timeline will show you a stream of posts from only the accounts on that List. You can also pin your favorite Lists to the top of your timeline so you never miss a post from the accounts that are most important to you. 

Twitter Lists can be public or private. If you create a public list, other users can see it on your profile and can subscribe to it if they’re also interested in the topic. Only you can see private lists.
