Open the Discord app on your phone or mobile device. Tap on your profile icon at the bottom right and will open User Settings; tap on My Account. You will have the option to 'Disable Account' or 'Delete Account.
Once you've done it, you can go ahead and initiate the deletion. You'll be asked to enter your password along with your six digit 2FA code and to press that Delete Account button one last time to complete the deletion.
