So in the event of replacing the battery you will have to approach a service center. A reason behind choosing this phone is the Nokia brand. Before this phone, I had a Nokia touch feature phone which i used for about 6+ years. I'm a fan of the durability of Nokia phones and I expect the same with this phone too. I bought the phone for 5500 Rs from Nokia.com. This is half the price of the same model when released 2 years ago. When I got the phone it was loaded with Oreo. Had the option to instant Pie update while setting up. It's always a fun experience to use the Google Assistant. Having a companion built into the phone is great.
