Likes:
• The app is easy and simple to use by everyone.
• You can easy to locate your delivery in real time.
• You can pay through cash or credit card.
• The app gives you notifications about promotions, new restaurants and grocery stores in your area.
• You can pre-order and choose time frame when your order should be delivered to avoid any delay.
• The app offers much discounted deals from your favorite restaurants.

Dislikes:
• The app has some lagging issue. The app becomes slow while selecting order or applying filters.
• Delivery gets delayed much of the time making it difficult for customers to enjoy food on time.
• Customer support needs improvement as some orders gets delayed or wrong.
• No return or clear policy regarding wrong deliveries.
