Smart lightbulbs from Amazon connect to Alexa to turn on and off. Bulbs come in different colors and sizes, depending on what light source you want to connect to.
Phone or Device Usage
Smart bulbs connect to Amazon Alexa. Once connected you can name the bulbs (e.g. "living room lights" or "lamp"). Then all you need to do is ask Alexa to turn the lights on and off, dim lights, change the color, or give a strobe effect!
Likes
Very easy to use! The best feature is that you can choose the brightness of the light, and can make them natural or florescent or yellowish. And you can basically change the bulb to any color you can think of! Even chartreuse and topaz!
Dislikes
If you have multiple bulbs in one room, it can be kind of tricky turning them on and off, or using different settings. You have to make sure to name them very different things so Alexa doesn't confuse them.
Suggestions
I would like to see a bigger range in the sizes of bulbs available. We have a tiny lamp that doesn't fit any of the smart bulbs. Having different bulb sizes and even shapes would be great!
