 ]]> Our initial complaint with AT&ts customer service was related to their auto pay and their accessibility to our bank account.  AT&t over charged our account for several months with higher than normal amounts being withdrawn from our checking account.  We were able to provide bank statements showing amounts paid to AT&t over a period of a year.  We contacted their customer service department and opened several problem tickets regarding our issue and each time we were promised a resolution.  After several months of no responses from AT&t, we decided to walk in to a location to see if we could handle matter face to face.  Our luck followed us, we were referred back to their customer service line.    Overall we had to weigh out our pros and cons with AT&t. The service works very well, the rare occasions where I had a problem it was immediatly solved by the operators. The cost is the same as my last connection, although this one is better in both bandwith and customer service. A negative thing that could be said about this service is its not wide spread coverage, in fact a lot of parts of Italy are not covered by Fastweb optic fiber.
