The network sometimes gets really busy and the internet starts to fluctuate.
The customer support is decent, but if you have your own equipment they will go real crazy about it and it is pretty annoying.
The payment is pretty demanding and they threat you that they will no longer give you internet aces you if you do not pay in the last day of the month.
Unfortunately they are the big internet providers so you cannot go for someone else.

If you want a strong wi-fi connection I suggest that you buy a good router or you rent the one they provide. If you remain with the basic router they give to you, it will not work properly and it will need many restarts to work as it should.

The internet is working around the speeds they say it works, but you really need to upgrade that router for the better results.
For the price paid it is more than you need and it is kind of the only one in my region.
They have also more services that will give you even better speeds for low prices, it depends on what you need. They have the 500 Mbps service and the 1 Gbps service witch are both great and work as they suppose to.
