I have been a customer of Spectrum, formerly Time Warner Cable, for years now. It is a brand that I both trust and feel loyal to for the years of great service and customer assistance. I have had consistent coverage through bad weather and severe storms as opposed to the many hassles I hear from satellite customers. The customer service has always gone above and beyond to answer questions or resolve technical issues even staying with me on the phone till everything is fixed and calling a few hours later to check in.

As a part of a bundle deal I receive high speed internet, standard channels, premium channels, home phone and voicemail services. This allows me to afford high speed internet for only $18 a month when combined within total costs - an added incentive when paired with the additional incentives, such as original programming, Spectrum offers that other services such as Earth Link and Fios just don't give.

The cons are minor technical matters with the occasional minor outage as little as two or three times per year that may last a few hours before it is resolved. However, Spectrum always keeps customers up to date by sending an automated message to alert us when the outage is resolved.

I love having my internet as part of a bundle deal that has more to offer as a whole than other services. Spectrum now has original programming exclusively available to its viewers such as the new tv drama L.A.'s Finest with Jessica Alba and Gabrielle Union as well as other tv shows being produced.
