I have used broadboad service of other service providers i.e. ptcl & telenor but the zong internet service is the best which i am currently using. it's speed is good & the 75GB bundle best suits to me.

i am currently availing 75GB monthly package bundle which is enough for my all needs as it has also a good speed, so overall zong is my favorite in overall Pakistan. but as compared globally zong still need more enhancement & improvement in its services to need to remove their bugs as world is moving very fast.

Currently zong service is one of the best internet services in Pakistan but comparing with the developed countries it lacks behind too much as it still needs development it their network, quality etc.
Need to improve their online customer service.
it's packages/plans are costly so not everyone can afford it.
My Zong App on Android is also a good step taken by them to improve their services.
