Cons:

I am currently on their 448 plan, following are the answers:

Rough Transition
The transition from 3G to 4G is not smooth unless there are 4G towers everywhere there used to be 2G/3G towers initially. And that requires huge capex, approximately 21 per cent of annual sales, says Shetty. The per centage may differ depending on the circles.

Network Losses
With great promise comes greater expectations. Network loss due the transition and resultant call drops may invite a slew of opt-outs in this age of mobile number portability.

Congestion
There are low-capacity utilisation areas that give the 3G experience on plain old 2G sometimes. More congestion leads to a slower network. Once a user migrates to 4G, it will be very difficult for them to make do with anything slower, Shetty adds.
Suggestions
Provide suggestions on how this particular service or plan can be better used based on your experience. This will help someone considering this service.
1. First and foremost Airtel must improve connectivity. The chaps siting in Appallete office must get on the field to improve connectivity. There many dissatisfied with Airtel way of functioning and shifting to other service providers.

2. Keeping their speed and network stable and reliable like it is now for Vodafone and Airtle they can stay in market but for competing with Jio price needs to goo down at least there can be RS. 100 difference with Jio but the difference must not be high the reason being India has basically middle class family at max rate who are using internet so …. For any middle class family money matters a lot

3. They should decrease there rates to a reasonable level but not like happy hour of Vodafone 16 is way too much for 1 hour clearly the company wants to make profit but if there will be no customer to use that what profit you will earn so first make them believe you are better then make profit
