I'm not a fan of having to use a certain service just because I live in a certain area, and only one service being offered in that area. I can't shop around and find the best prices, I'm stuck with getting the lowest package of tv, just so I can have decent internet for streaming and watching everything other than cable. BECAUSE NO ONE WATCHES TV ANYMORE!!! Everything is streamed, online, and in many cases, it's FREE. I watch free movies and tv shows all the time, and all I need is internet. So all companies should stop monopolizing their services and acting like big telecom gangs, and maybe work together to get this country's internet as fast as other countries! We pay so much for all of our services, just for them to be slower than everyone else's. But they pay less than we do and have better QUALITY service... But this country is all about making money, not giving the people what they want. Just squeeze more and more money out of consumers.

Costly, pushy, evil
I can't choose what channels I want. I have to get whatever they offer. And pay more to get more channels I don't want, just to get a few channels I do want.
Still sending out old, out of date boxes to people's houses. Some people have cable boxes from before 2014.
Blocking services, services not working all the time, blackout times, slow services, unexplained outages and unwillingness to compensate for those outages.
Suggestions

Work together with other companies instead of trying to bamboozle everyone and get their money. 
Work on making the internet faster and bringing it to more people, and realizing that cable is going out, just like analog and digital are phasing out.
keep your customer's equipment up to date, without them having to pay. There's no reason new customers should be getting anything that existing customers don't have or have access to, or have been informed about upgrading to.
