Colour of the WiFi router is dark black and there are sparkling green bulbs on it. Those bulbs are lighting when only connected to internet. Some of those bulbs indicate ADSL, Internet, Power and etc. It is Fibre Optic powered WiFi router connected to the internet via telephone wires. Size is in a normal handy size that can be easily installed or fixed for anywhere. But the router should be kept in a higher surface from the floor as the SLT technicians said by.   

Phone or Device Usage
My whole family is using this device on a regular basis at every time. We never switch off the device except when all of us go to sleep at night and rarely when there is heavy thundering and lightening. One and only purpose of using the device is to surf the internet and to get connected to Peo TV service provided by our telecom. Also we have been provided with the calling facility via this router as it is directly connected to telephone lines.

Likes
Now it has been almost five years we are using this same device with no many hardships or failures. When switched on or power is given it get connects to internet within few minutes which is the most convenient thing for us. As this is connected via telephone wires and this is Fibre Optic energised internet, net connection is super fast as nearly 100mbps for a second. 

Dislikes
Sometimes when there is heavy rain the connection is not stable and the bulbs of the router gets blinking indicating that the net connection is not there any more. We have made several complaints and SLT said the router has to be replaced with newest type of the router but they still didn't do it. Recently the internet connection was broken often indicating the same issue even without it is raining. we contacted the company and technical teams came for more than eight times. But they couldn't find the issue with the router. Later they identified the issue was with the router connecting wire to their main hub they replaced it. But fixing this took more than two weeks where none of us couldn't access to the internet for those two weeks completely. What I believe is routers and their other accessories should be updated or serviced from time to time with proper maintenance.
Suggestions
I suggest more and proper service on the router than this. As I have mentioned above the struggle we face of not logging into the Internet because of the issue with the router was massive. Convenient service and maintenance should be there.
