I am going from Philippines to Xiamen, China in the summer 2015 for a study tour good for 2 months. I am not bringing my mobile phones for security reasons, so I will have to secure myself a mobile phone from there so I could still make calls. What are the cheapest prepaid mobile phone plans that I can buy? Can you also give out international dialing & SMS rates from there too? Thanks.
