Yes. force-closing any app means altering its normal operating procedure and this might cause a hard-start of the app when you are using it the next time and when you continue forcing apps to close, it will affect the whole phone operating system. this my manifest as "hanging" of the phone (finding it hard to smoothly operate the phone.
