so a friend of my mom got this refurbished Iphone 4s for me this morning...now that the iphone is about to die, i decided to charge it. I open the freaking box, and this thing is all that's in there

I can't see any way that will fit into the phone...please correct me and tell me where it plugs in at if i'm wrong.
