I have bought a new Samsung Note 4 and configured my Microsoft Exchange account. The account works normal when I use wifi. I am able to send/receive mails and account syncs properly but as soon as I switch to mobile data connection it stops sending/receiving messages and does not sync. Application wait for a while but does not give any error message.

It is because your background data is restricted because of reducing your mobile data usage. Check in setting or Sync setting where you can remove the restriction.

Because the data in big. Try using Wi-Fi for large files.
