What should i choose between Samsung Galaxy S5 and Iphone 6 Plus ?

In terms of camera performance, I would choose Galaxy S5. In addition, it`s water resistant, a feature unavailable for iPhone 6 Plus

The display is a little bit bigger on iPhone 6 Plus (5.5 inches), comparing with Galaxy S5 (5.1 inches)

Galaxy S5 is cheaper, at least with $100, comparing with iPhone 6 Plus
