From my experience it is Airtel. Their customer service is excellent and they have a quick turnaround time as far as complaint resolution is concerned. Although their speeds are not that great when compared to ACT, but I haven't had any major complaints. Their biggest strength is good customer service and that is enough for me to be loyal to them.
