My Samsung grand is getting hanged when long press home button.?

Hello,

I am facing this problem since few weeks. When I click on home button to clear recent apps, it is hanging every time and shows UI is not responding error. Nothing works.

Does anyone have solution for it?

The best would be to take it to an authorized service, if you try it restarting it, even returning to the factory settings

Personally i am also using Samsung grand...and facing the same problem. However, mostly people have this complain and actually it is a fact that this model of Samsung gets slow when you install multiple apps and it affects its performance. The best solution for this is to clear your cache and history and make sure that your phone has no junk in it.
