To activate international roaming service on Robi Network, you need to visit any Robi Sheba.
While your visit you need to take a regular post-paid/pre-paid subscription with IDD facility, credit card, passport photocopy, roaming subscription form, Tk 10000 if you are Bangladeshi and Tk 50000 if you are a foreigner.
