Hi,i think the best android browser is chrome.
It is fast,clean and very easy to use.I had bad experience with mozilla unfortunately,so i installed chrome on all my devices.
This browser is safe,because it is easy to delete your history and it takes only few seconds for this operation.
I have using it for many years and is the only i have never decided to unistall.
Maybe i am also fond of it.
Alternatively you can use explorer,but for my experience is a lot slower and sluggish.
