i've visited most of the cities of Nepal and my experience suggests me among all cities like; Dharan and Pokhara could be the most (maximum) well managed city/ cities in around Nepal due to the well developed infrastructure such as; road construction, water supply,schools and colleges, along with housing and nevertheless to mention the overall neat and tidiness of the city itself.
