I use airtel because the network coverage is good.. but it comes at a cost.. they have malicious plans which look very plain at the outset but take out your hard earned money via carefully devised plans.
I had subscribed for data plan for 250rs on 15th, my billing cycle ends on 19th. I was charged flat 250rs again... They say its a flat rate.. so if i want to change say after 19th in any billing cycle I will be charged for the new plan as well as the old plan.
So at least once you have to bear the charges of changing plans.. otherwise u have to remember carefully and call them one day before the plan ends and change to new plan.
This tight window is kept only to cheat customers.......

Airtel is among the telecom providers which automatically sends you a SMS whenever you move out of your telecom circle. You will then get charged for Incoming calls. To avoid that you can activate a one day pack. Here are the steps:-\r\n
