India is one of the leading developing countries of the world .. in terms of tele communication she is quite advanced and since the government has undertaken the plan/scheme of "digital india" .. i guess a large amount of resource is invested on making her technically developed and superior and so if you compare her with other developing third world countries i think she will occupy one of the top positions
