Is there any easy way to transfer my contact numbers from one mobile phone to another ?

yes .. if you have an android based phone you can download the phone-copier app and then transfer your contacts from one phone to another.. or you can save your contacts in the cloud and then transfer it .. you can also save your numbers in your pc in a file and then transfer that file via blue-tooth or data cable
