well in my opinion jio is giving the best offer .. airtel's rs 399 plan is very similar to that of jio rs 399 .. both them are giving unlimited free calls ,sms and 1GB data free per day for 70/84 days .. but in case of jio the roaming calls are also free which is not available in airtel and another point is after exhausting 1 GB data on jio the speed decreases but connection prevails but in case of airtel as soon as 1 GB is exhausted the connection is stopped . so i would say jio is way better
