Each has its own advantages. For example, ios never hangs while android sometimes hang due to high load of apps. But in android you can have multiple features which you can not have in ios. Also you need to make an apple account to use ios but for android you do not need to do this formality AND hence the list goes on....

Many will like to go for android because it allows for multi-features and welcomes almost all app. however, ios is quit unique and great when you get to use it properly and so, non is is specifically the best.
