Viber offers a checkmark feature which shows whether or not the recipient has received their messages. Thanks to the “seen” feature, one can also tell whether the message has been read or not.
This feature can be toggled on or off, to offer more control over your chatting experience.
1. A single checkmark indicates that the message is still being delivered. If you receive a “failed” alert, it means that the message was not sent.
2. Two checkmarks signify that the text has reached the receiver’s phone.
3. Once those checkmarks become purple, it means that the recipient has read the message.
