There are various reasons as to why your IP address is being shown as blocked for your Musixmatch account.
1) Incorrect configuration of date and time. This may have been done either through manual or automatic settings. To fix this, you must manually configure your account’s
- Time Zone
- Date (Check the year)
- Time
- AM/PM
2) Another reason that could be that your IP address matches that of a person whose account has been blocked or has been prohibited use due to a reason. This occurs when the app detects some suspicious activity and after some time the ban lifts on its own. To fix the issue you can:
- Turn off VPN (if using any)
- Switch to a different network connection (WiFi to mobile data or vice versa).
