In case you’ve forgotten your password, you can change it through the “forgot password” option. Follow the following steps:
1) Type in the email you are using for Musixmatch
2) Click on “Reset Password”
3) In your email inbox, you will receive an email for password change
4) Click on the link. This link is only valid for 24 hours.
5) You will be redirected to a page where you can change and save your password.
If you haven’t received the email, please do the following:
1. Check the spam folder.
2. Search up “Musixmatch support” in email search bar.
3. Ensure that Musixmatch email is whitelisted and unblocked from your email account.
4. For Gmail accounts, you can check the social tab.
