Overview of the Administrator:

Members: You can manage your DataCamp for a Business license or members under the Members tab in the left-hand panel. You can send direct email invitations or shareable invite links to members.

  • Look Up Member Information
  • License purchased vs. Members enrolled 
  • View and resend pending visit. 
  • View and search by the team.

Teams: Teams are a fantastic method to keep members organized. For example, you might have a subset of members who are proficient in Python but have no prior experience in data science. It would make sense to assign each subset to a distinct team in this situation.

As the administrator, you can give different courses, chapters, and XP collection duties to your members based on their baseline knowledge.

Assignments: On DataCamp, assignments are tasks that participants must do within a certain amount of time. The administrator assigns or creates them. We have a variety of assignment types to choose from.

  • Collect XP
  • Complete Chapter
  • Complete course.

Report (Enterprise exclusive): Reporting allows administrators to see how well their members are performing. There includes information regarding XP, finished courses, and completed exercises at a glance. By selecting the Export Summary Report option, you can get a more detailed report in.csv or.xls format.

LMS Integration(Enterprise exclusive):

DataCamp can be linked to a number of different learning management systems. Members can use their LMS or LXP provider to access DataCamp's course catalog. We can also send information about course completion back to your learning management system. The following FAQs give you a quick rundown of the integration methods that we support.

Setting: The settings tab allows you to manage the organization's settings as the administrator. These are some of the possibilities:

  • Adding Admins.
  • Looking up your billing information.
  • Managing your invoice settings.
  • Managing Invite Links.
  • SSO (Single-Sign-On).

Adding more licenses: By selecting the Add Extra Licenses option, administrators can add more licenses at any moment.
