You can buy some types of aftermarket lenses for smart phones from various sources. I would highly recommend Amazon.com. Please keep in mind however that smart phones were not intended to have aftermarket lenses and as a result you may run into complications, or frustrations where you would not if you had a digital camera that had changable lenses.
