Can I use 4G sim in my mobile?

Whether can I use 4G sim in My Micromax canvas Doodle4 q391?because my mobile specification is 3G if i get a 4G sim whether can I use it in my mobile for calls and messeages?whether it will support for calling or not?

Dear, first of all you have to check your mobile either it sported 4G or not.

for this first you go to your mobile setting then in wireless and network select "more" then select "mobile networks" after select "Network Mode" and select 4G or Auto mode.

if these is no 4G option in your mobile its mean your mobile does not 4G sported
