Overheating while charging - Samsung s5?

I have found that if I start to use my phone while it is plugged in, it feels extremely hot. Should I be concerned? I've read several of their phones are known for this. I have a rubberized case on it. The screen is what feels hot.

  1. Turn off you phone.
  2. Remove the battery.
  3. Press the Home and Power buttons 15 times altogether.
  4. Then, hold the Power button for 2-3 mins (battery out) – this will drain the static charge in the S5.
  5. Now, insert its back.
  6. To enter recovery mode, hold the Power, Home, and the Volume Up buttons together.
