iPhone 4s without using the iOS 9 Operating system now most of the applications are not available for the phone. Updating to the latest operating system brings lot of trouble to the phone. What do you people say?

Yes it is. Apple releases a new phone each year and as the phones get older and older, Apple stops releasing updates for them and they in some become obsolete compared to their newest iphones.
