It was said that the government will provide hotspots after being elected.What are the glitches and problems that might have prevented it ?

It seems like a political stunt to get votes. even is they provide WiFi hotspots, the won't allow them to use for audio/video streaming as this will bring burden of cost on the government. Mostly they will be useful for accessing government sites. Further if anyone trying to access email, social media account or bank account on a public WiFi network, then its an open invitation for hackers. Personally if I can't access YouTube and I don't want to access my personal accounts on public WiFi, I don't care if government provides such service or not. I am still an AAP supporter :D
