My cel phone keeps freezing up what could be the cause?

Hello my celphone keeps freezing up an its bran new... how can i find out whats wrong? Its a samsung galaxy 5 and i bought it last week.

Does it freeze, when you are out and the temperature is about 5 degrees Celsius?

In that case, it`s a normal reaction, the gadget reacts to the change of temperature

Try the factory restore, if it doesn`t work, return it to the seller, it`s likely to be a defective unit
