There are easy steps for this just follow the following:
Open command prompt and type cmd then hit enter
Now enter this: netsh wlan show network mode=bssid
this command will show all the availbale wifi or internet in your surrounding area
now choose any one of the name and type this instruction:
 netsh wlan connect name=wifi name
You will be connected to this wifi network
