Hi, my guess is that iPhones are more expensive than other smartphones because the brand name itself is over-exaggerated. Having an iPhone is considered "cool" and "trendy". The phones don't have higher quality than Androids or higher stats. So, in my view, iPhones are expensive because they're in fashion, so to say.
