Depends on your location. If you are referring to internet I say GLOBE is faster than smart. I'm a globe user for 5 years now. I've only had few problems when it comes to my internet connection. I've tried Smart before but it's hard to find a signal specially when you go to provinces.Customer service, i think both are okay. Data plans, hmmm globe is more expensive than smart. But you'll get good service though. My friends and family are also globe users. So for me, Globe is better.
